Who is Carol?
Carol Koch
Winemaker Viña Cono Sur
Chilean winemaker. She is currently based at Concha y Toro's Viña Cono Sur since 2021. Carol is responsible for aging 8,000 barrels of wine and their proper maintenance. Together with her team, she decides on the best mixes for each of the labels. Additionally, Carol is in charge of new experience and education projects with Ecnology.
